I contributed to the growth story at Ather Energy for a little over 2 years. I have worked on the key products and tools in Vehicle Service Delivery. This included delivering meticulous service experience for the staff at Ather service centers, while keeping the end customer experience at the core. During my 2nd year as the Growth PM I worked towards improving the existing digital sales pipeline and introduced new and more efficient digital leads pipeline.

My journey at SAP Labs India spanned close to 15 years, starting as a developer, moving on to scrum and agile roles and later into Product Owner and Product Manager Roles. I served as a Product Manager for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, where I was responsible for overseeing the product life cycle of the RASD tool. My role encompassed gathering customer requirements, crafting user stories, designing user interfaces, prioritising features, leading development teams, managing both internal and external stakeholders and customer roll-outs.

I worked closely with customers to enable the tool and gain deeper insights into their concerns and requirements. My ability to foster creative ideas was recognised through peer feedback and active participation in internal innovation events. Additionally, I took on the roles of an OKR coach and Product Thinking trainer, further showcasing her leadership and expertise in product management. In my early career at ITC Infotech, I distinguished myself by delving into SAP Technologies. I was assigned to work on a contractual basis as a JAVA developer for SAP Business ByDesign at SAP Labs India . I hold a bachelors degree in Mathematics, and a masters in Computer Applications.
